By commissioning and completing a transaction with me, you have acknowledged and agreed to the terms below.

General

Please, please respect my terms of service. Failure to do so will result in being blacklisted. By commissioning me, you have acknowledged and have agreed to all the terms listed. Thank you!※I'm a rather slow drawer because of how picky I can be with certain things and even more so when it comes to commissions. Please make sure to take this into account before commissioning me!

  • Please credit my works.

  • I reserve the right to decline any request.

  • If you ask me to draw shotas/lolitas or any other sexualization of a minor, I will not respond.

  • Major edits of the delivered work is not allowed.

  • Please be aware that my style changes slightly from time to time. Though it's not a major difference, finished commissions may differ from given samples.

  • Commissioner acknowledges that these are digital goods, therefore a physical delivery is not required or offered.

  • Reasonable priority will be given to commercial projects.

Payments

  • Payment must be received upfront in full (unless discussed beforehand).

  • For works more than $200USD, payment may be split 50/50 (50% upfront; 50% after the rough sketch is sent and confirmed).

  • The commission will only be started once payment has been received.

  • If payment is not completed within 48 hours of the proposal being sent, the request will be cancelled.

  • All payments will include a sales tax on the final invoice.

  • Chargebacks and refunds are no allowed once the commission is in progress.

Revisions

  • I offer one (1) major revision after the sketch is sent and only minor revisions are allowed after rendering is complete! Clients may request up to two minor changes for free at this point. Any subsequent changes may result in an additional charge of $3 USD

deadlines + delivery

※Unless a deadline is specified on the request form, commissions may take anywhere from 1 month to 3 months depending on my personal schedule and complexity of requests.!

  • If you'd like the work delivered by a certain deadline, I'd be more to happy to try and accommodate. However, a rush fee may apply!

  • PLEASE BE AWARE that if the commissioner fails to communicate back to me during and in-between check-ins for prolonged periods of time (3 weeks+), I will no longer have the obligation to fulfil the work to justify for a loss of time.

Use

  • The commission is for personal use only unless the commercial fee has been paid.

  • If the client decides to sell a custom design made by me, they agree to not sell said design for more than the original amount paid.

  • When posting the commission (personal/commercial) to external sites, it must be posted with visible credit (@uju_404)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • I retain the rights to all my artworks and may post finished works on my social media, portfolio, etc. unless previously discussed with the commissioner (additional fees may apply).

  • Absolutely no NFTs or AI use of the art provided by the artist (@uju_404) are permitted.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are not issued after payment has been sent and I have started the commission, however please feel free to cancel the request if payment has not been fulfilled yet.

  • If there is an problem where I can no longer complete the commission due to my personal responsibilities, a full refund will be given.

I am always open to questions and inquiries regarding commission work! Most responsive through twitter DMs, but please feel free to contact me through other listed channels as well! Please don't be afraid to communicate with me and let me know if there is anything you are dissatisfied with!
